The proposed store is a combination of retail chocolate store, chocolate factory, and desert bar. Elaborating on the production of chocolate, the idea is to create a space that evokes the positive negative casting process of chocolate production. Wood and plaster molds create a textured envelope for the space signifying the divide between retail and restaurant programs.
